If for any reason you are not satisfied, please feel free to return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the price of the product. Please take all precautions to keep the product, warranty information, instruction books and the packaging material in as new a condition as possible during the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, as all of these items will be required for a quick and proper refund. Please see instructions for returning merchandise under our "Return Policy" listed below.

We only ship within the United States & Canada, including US Territories, APO & FPO addresses.

Shipping Options:

  • Ground: Calculated in real time and shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service).
  • Next Day Air: Calculated in real time and shipped via UPS.
  • Second Day Air: Calculated in real time and shipped via UPS.
  • Motor Freight: Shipping costs vary depending on weight, size, and shipping zone.
  • USPS: Shipped via United States Postal Service according to a base rate of $15.00 for 0 to 6 lbs.
    ($8-10 added to each 5 lb. increase for anything over 6 lbs.)

- All merchandise is subject to vendor availability.
- Most orders ship out the next business day (M-F) received.
- If an ordered item is not in-stock, you will be notified via phone or email and given the option to cancel your order, or you may continue to wait until the item becomes available.

If a tracking number is available for your order, you should receive it via email shortly after your order has shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number and would like to know the status of your order, or for any other questions concerning your order, please contact us.

Return Policy:
Every purchase from the Delta Power Sales LLC is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

· We provide free return shipping on any items that are defective or damaged.
· Non-Returnable items include: Quantity Discounts, Large Orders, or Close-out Items.
· Returns must be received before a replacement item is sent. You may, however, place a second order for the replacement item and we will give a refund upon receiving your return.

· To return an item, please contact us for an RA number (Return Authorization). Please Note: Products returned without an RA number will be refused. Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time on all product returns.
· To process your request for an RA number, we will need Your Name, Order Number, Item Number, and Reason for Return.
· The returned item must include the original product packaging, warranty information, owners manuals, instruction books and all parts. Be sure to package the return items carefully to prevent damage in transit.
· The RA number must be clearly marked on the package, but please Do Not write on the product boxes.
· Any items returned without an RA number, original packaging, owner's manual, warranty information or in non-useable condition may void your 30-day money-back guarantee and the product will be returned to you. This includes defective items. In addition, the Delta Power Sales is not responsible for lost or damaged packages you return.

Restocking Fee:
Items returned that can't be re-sold as new and in its original packaging may be charged a 10% minimum restocking fee. All return items are subject to inspection. The minimum restocking fee may apply to large quantity returns and returns not sent back to our Returns address. Items must be shipped within 10 days after receiving an RMA number. Items not received within this time period will be subject to the minimum 10% restocking fee.

To Cancel Your Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your name and order number will be required for us to cancel your order. Please Note: You will be responsible for all shipping costs if you cancel your order after it has been shipped.
